NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR: The Baby Shark 10th Anniversary at SeaWorld Sweepstakes (referred to hereafter as “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Sea World LLC aka SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, LLC, 500 SeaWorld Drive, San Diego, CA 92109 (“Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 19, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 2, 2025. All times and days in these Official Rules are Pacific Time. This Sweepstakes has three (3) entry periods, see chart in section 4 below. The Sponsor’s or its agency’s computer servers and clock shall serve as the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to citizens and legal permanent residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate family members of Sea World LLC, Pinkfong USA, Inc., Epic-Reach, LLC, Ventura Associates International LLC (“Administrator”), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies involved in this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

The term “immediate family members” means parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, spouses or grandparents, regardless of where they live.

Agreement to Official Rules. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.BabySharkEventSweeps.com (“Website”), follow the onscreen instructions to submit your information to enter the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person per day. All eligible daily entries received will be entered in the applicable entry period prize drawings for which they qualify.

Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are garbled, damaged, late, deleted or misdelivered. Entries using bots or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deceiving or using other unfair playing practices or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, any unanticipated occurrence that is not fully addressed in these Official Rules or any other errors or other causes corrupt the administration, security, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the winners by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such cancellation, and in a manner determined by Sponsor to be fair, appropriate, and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such cancellation, modification or suspension may be posted on the Website. Any remaining prizes after the cancellation date will not be awarded. In addition, if no eligible entries are received in a given entry period, the prizes for that entry period will not be awarded. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Internet access charges imposed by entrant’s online service provider may apply. If entering the Sweepstakes via a mobile device, standard data rates from the entrant's wireless carrier may apply. All received entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. PRIZES: A total of thirty (30) prizes will be awarded, consisting of three (3) Grand Prizes and twenty-seven (27) First Prizes. Odds of winning a prize depend upon the total eligible entries received per entry period. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes: up to $18,021. Limit: one (1) prize per person/household.

Grand Prize: A trip for the winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and up to three (3) guests to a SeaWorld destination for which the Grand Prize Winner qualifies (i.e., as drawn per the entry period stated in section 4 above: SeaWorld San Diego, California, or SeaWorld Orlando, Florida, or SeaWorld San Antonio, Texas). The ARV of each Grand Prize is up to $5,332. Each Grand Prize trip consists of:

(a) roundtrip, coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) from a major commercial airport located within the United States near Grand Prize Winner’s place of residence (“Origin Airport”) to an airport near the SeaWorld destination (as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion). If Grand Prize Winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of the SeaWorld destination, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation;

(b) two (2) nights’ hotel accommodations (standard double-occupancy room, room and room tax only, as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and guest(s);

(c) up to four (4) one-day admission tickets to a SeaWorld theme park (park location noted in entry dates above); one complimentary certificate for a SeaWorld Animal Encounter Experience (for up to four people), and one (1) complimentary parking voucher.

If Grand Prize Winner chooses to partake in any portion of the Grand Prize with fewer than three (3) guests, or no guest, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Each Grand Prize must be taken within six (6) months of the winner’s verification date or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the prize. In the event that a Grand Prize Winner is unable to use the Seaworld Theme Park tickets on the scheduled date and time, that Grand Prize Winner forfeits the SeaWorld Theme Park prize. If any Theme Park activities become unavailable due to weather conditions after the trip has begun, the remaining elements of the Grand Prize will constitute full fulfillment of the Sponsor’s prize obligation. Grand Prize Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary and on dates determined by Sponsor or forfeit all rights to Grand Prize. All details of Grand Prize will be determined in Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change the date and/or time of the Grand Prize execution in its sole discretion. Trip is subject to availability, certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Advance booking may be required. Grand Prize Winner and guests must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) must sign and return a travel release before any trip booking occurs. If guest is a minor, Grand Prize Winner must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian and must execute and return the guest documents on minor’s behalf. Any minor (as determined by one’s state of residence) must be accompanied by an adult throughout the trip. Winner or one (1) of the guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of prize redemption in order to check into the hotel and will be required to provide a valid major credit card when checking-in at the hotel to cover incidentals which are not included in the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to, transportation to/from home and Origin Airport or hotel and SeaWorld Theme Park, incidental or personal charges, baggage fees, travel/medical insurance, gratuities, expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) must follow all instructions given by any representative during the trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and during the visit to the SeaWorld Theme Park). The representative involved reserves the right to revoke the Grand Prize Winner and/or guests’ participation for failure to follow any instructions during the trip, or if Grand Prize Winner and/or guest appears to be intoxicated, be a safety risk, or has violated any policy or law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with a similar prize of comparable or greater value. If no substitute prize or portion of prize is reasonably available then the remaining components, if any, of the prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. Grand Prize Winner and guest(s) must agree that all travel, lodging and activities will be at their own risk. If Grand Prize Winner determines that travel is not permissible due to health or safety reasons, or for any other reasons, after the trip is booked, Grand Prize Winner forfeits all rights to the prize and no compensation or substitution will be awarded. Grand Prize ARV may vary based on, among other things, availability, existing rates at time of booking, dates of travel, and point of departure. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value at the time the Grand Prize was fulfilled will not be awarded.

First Prizes: each First Prize Winner will receive a SeaWorld & Pinkfong Swag Pack. Each First Prize ARV: up to $75. Selection of items in the Swag Pack is at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or refundable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions, and are not for resale or otherwise exploited for commercial use. All prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered by Sponsor. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with a prize of comparable value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No more than the stated number of prizes (30) will be awarded. In the event that technical or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules being available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims. Prize images depicted in advertising and promotional materials may vary from the actual prize as any depiction of a prize is for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, and local taxes (including income taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with claiming or using a prize and not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely each winner’s responsibility.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Random drawings will be conducted from all eligible entries received per entry period (see Section 4 for drawing dates) and under the supervision of the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. All potential winners will be notified via email at the email address provided on the entry, and at Administrator’s sole discretion, a potential winner may be required to complete and submit a signed Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) (this Release is referred hereafter as “Affidavit”) within five (5) days as directed on the notification from the Administrator. If an Affidavit is not returned completed within the date specified or if an Affidavit or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential prize winner is otherwise found to be ineligible, or if a potential prize winner cannot accept/receive the prize for any reason, or if a potential winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential winner will be disqualified and the corresponding prize may be awarded to an alternate winner selected from the eligible entries of the same entry period. If the potential Grand Prize Winner is a minor in his/her/their state of primary residence (age under 19 in AL and NE, and age under 21 in MS), winner's parent or legal guardian will be required to execute the Affidavit on minor’s behalf. Grand Prize Winners will be required to furnish their Social Security Number to the Administrator on the Affidavit and/or W9 and an IRS Form 1099-Misc will be filed in the name of the Grand Prize Winner for the prize value awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address and/or contact information of any entrants during the course of the Sweepstakes or period when prizes are being fulfilled. Sponsor is not responsible for any returned/undeliverable prizes or delays in prize delivery. Unclaimed prizes after December 31, 2025 will not be awarded.

7. CONDITIONS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Entrants and winners hereby agree to release, discharge, and hold the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) harmless from and against any third party claim arising from use of any entry and entrants and winners waive any right to inspect or approve uses of their entry by Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the entrants and winners agree that the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by entrants and winners for any liability for any bodily injury, loss or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entry, the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and if applicable, participating in any travel related activities. You hereby represent and warrant that you have read these Official Rules and are fully familiar with their contents and agree to be bound by them. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes.

The Released Parties do not warrant that access to the Sweepstakes will be uninterrupted and are not responsible for: (a) entries from persons residing, or physically located, outside the eligible area mentioned in section 4 above; (b) entries that are altered, delayed, deleted, destroyed, forged, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, misrouted, multiple, non-delivered, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized, unintelligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules; (c) lost, interrupted or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, or other connection, availability, or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; (d) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, clerical or other errors in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the offering or announcement of the prizes or in any prize notification documents; (e) any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; (f) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Sweepstakes; (g) damage to entrant's system occasioned by participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Sweepstakes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Released Parties; (h) entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final.

8. GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York and those courts located in New York, NY, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event that any dispute arises regarding the Sweepstakes or the prize, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes shall be brought individually without resort to any form of class action. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased are hereby waived. In no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs or expenses.

Entrants further understand and agree that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. Entrants acknowledge that Section 1542 provides that: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” Entrant acknowledges that the releases herein are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist with the intent of waiving the effect of such laws to preserve future unknown claims.

9. PRIVACY: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information supplied to Sponsor may be used by Sponsor and Pinkfong USA, Inc. for internal marketing purposes. Information provided by you will be treated consistent with Sponsor's privacy policy, which can be found at https://unitedparks.com/policies/privacy-policy/ and Pinkfong USA, Inc.’s privacy policy at https://pid.pinkfong.com/en/terms?type=PRIVACY_POLICY_USA. The Administrator will also have access to your personal information for purposes of administering this Sweepstakes. Acceptance of a prize (if determined a winner) constitute permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, winner’s comment, social media profile, prize won, hometown, photographs/videos and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, permission or notification, except where prohibited by law.
